Enjoy a very special film on Friday night “The Million Dollar Duck”, which follows six artists who compete to have their picture selected for a stamp issued every year by the Fish and Wildlife Service of the United States. The contest doesn’t give away money but issues a winner certificate and gives the reproduction rights of the drawing. Then how is it that the winner can get a million dollars or more? Hundreds of contestants compete for the prize, so the money must be somewhere!
