SUEZ Spain is a usual collaborator of Delta Birding Festival, and has been awarded with the European Business Award for the Environment in the category of Business & Biodiversity (Spanish section) with the transformation project of grey facilities into green infrastructures.
On Saturday the 22nd at 17:30 during #dbf2018, Clara Rovira, responsible of biodiversity of SUEZ Spain will share the details of this projects in his talk “The facilities naturalisation and BiObserva: European Business Award for the Environment 2018.
The keys of this project will be given during the talk, in which the workers of the company are involved through corporative voluntary work with BiObserva. This is a programme developed by SUEZ in partnership with the Catalan Institute of Ornithology based in citizen science where the bird observations of the company facilities are introduced. Nowadays BiObserva has accumulated more than 23.000 observations of 203 different species in all Spain. You can consult the data at www.biobserva.com
