The prestigious photography shop CASANOVA FOTO offers the possibility of taking a course on a subject of landscape photography and nature, often quite forgotten, but basic to get better results: the use of filters.
The use of photographic filters allows us to control virtually any lighting situation, however complex. On the other hand we can give our images a very personal appearance, using long expositions with various techniques and combinations of filters. With the filters you can get good results at the time of taking the photo, without having to spend hours in front of the computer editing our photos, and thus enjoy more time of the experience of taking photos surrounded by nature. In the workshop “MORE FILTERS AND LESS PHOTOSHOP“, taught by Roberto Alcaraz, head of training for CASANOVA FOTO, you will learn to distinguish the types of filters and take advantage of them, as well as the techniques and configurations of your equipment for landscape photography.
This workshop will be developed in two parts, one theoretical, free, in the “Sala de presentacions” on Saturday from 16.00 to 17.30 and a second practical part at the pier of the Madelenes. This practical part is restricted to 20 people maximum (for logistical reasons) and will take place between 18:30 and 21:00 on the same Saturday. The cost to participate to the practical part is 40 € and you must make the previous registration through the web.
